Good Game, Good Game. Didn’t He Do Well?
Written by: George Chittenden : 27 Feb 2020
This photo features Sir Bruce Forsyth, one of Britain’s great entertainers, appearing on Sunday Night at the London Palladium in 1961, and didn’t he do well? Bruce enjoyed an incredible 75-year showbiz career from Sunday Night At The London Palladium to Saturday night favourites The Generation Game and Strictly Come Dancing.
He was a presence in British living rooms from post-war Britain right up to the modern age. Unfortunately all great things come to an end and Sir Bruce Forsyth died of bronchial pneumonia on August 18th, 2017.
